Context and client demand
A research laboratory developed an advanced technology in the field of chemistry. Having protected this invention with a first patent application, the valuation service asked Brandon Valorisation to proceed to a brief market survey. The result of this study was expected to enable our client to determine its strategy: on the one hand regarding the extension of the industrial property rights internationally, and on the other hand regarding the launch of an economical valuation (technology transfer, etc.).
Results
The market survey, which we accomplished in a few weeks, ended favorably. Our partner Brandon IP was able to carry out the patent extension and we have been mandated for the search and implementation of an exploitation agreement for the technology.
