Why Valo’Flash?
Brandon Valorisation is innovating and now offers a fast and low-cost valuation service dedicated to start-ups and SMEs.
We developed this method to meet the needs of companies with limited resources. Valo’Flash provides you with a reliable estimate of the value of an intangible asset for purposes such as a contribution in kind.
Valo’Flash: Derived from high-level valuation studies, of which we have experience, this method proposes the completion of a first-level financial valuation study.
Valo’Flash also applies to the estimate of the value of a company during an initial seed funding round.
Valo’Flash, how?
1 – Initial contact:
A first video call to understand the project, its progress (TRL – Technology Readiness Level), the need, the IP, and your strategy, followed by a quote within 24 hours based on the information gathered, including the deliverable(s).
2 – Mission’s mandate:
A kick-off meeting to review the necessary information such as market elements, value analysis, and IP documentation (if applicable). If the study is limited to France, the deadline is 8 to 10 days (starting when the required information is provided), and a few days more depending on the number of countries covered by the study.
3 – Presentation of the result:
PowerPoint presentation of the draft report with comments via video conference or face-to-face meeting, followed by the sending of the final report with our recommendations.
Follow up and support
As a committed partner to our clients, we offer dedicated support for our clients, including the presentation to a third-party (contributions auditors, investors, etc.) of the valuation report with our expert conclusions.
The “quality” of a patent, software, trademark, etc., contributes to the value allocated to it. This is the role of an Industrial Property Attorney.

Brandon IP, Patent & Trademark Attorneys, in partnership with Brandon Valorisation, provides its expert opinion on the quality of the IP asset subject of the study.
Brandon Valorisation is a means-driven engagement. The difference is that our financial valuation studies come up with an obligation to achieve results.
Brandon Valorisation, consulting:
Acquired experience shows that the financial valuation of an intangible asset must be part of a global strategy. We recommend that this reflection takes place upstream of filing an intellectual property right.
Whether it is a patent or a software, filing an application with a Patent Office by a physical person may confer, under certain conditions, significant advantages when it comes to creating a company and contributing this intellectual property asset to the capital of the said company.
