After an additional training at the Paris Catholic Institute, Anne Levy, Patent & Trademark Attorney and President of Brandon IP, obtained this year a University Degree in “Business Mediator”. This institutional qualification allows her, when appointed by the Courts, to intervene to resolve disputes between two companies.
We thank her for allowing us to display this additional qualification within the Brandon Group.
Mediation is a method of amicable settlement of disputes which aims, through the intervention of an approved, impartial, and independent third-party mediator, to attempt to re-establish dialogue and find a negotiated outcome, considering the needs of each party.
It is therefore a way to resolve conflicting situations by seeking a common denominator. This method, increasingly used by French courts in various areas of law, particularly in matters of intellectual property, ownership, counterfeiting, is a complementary qualification offered by the Brandon Group.
