The INPI (French Industrial Property Office) is currently hosting a superb virtual exhibition “Les fous du volant – Les brevets des véhicules improbables du XIXe siècle” (Wheel Nuts – Patents for Improbable 19th-century vehicles).
This is an opportunity for the public to delve into INPI’s archives and discover patents for unknown machines, unsuccessful attempts for vehicles that would unfortunately never see the light of day. But, who knows, maybe they’ll join our database of unusual patents!
