Saving more than 40% wire (representing a saving of 107 000km/year only for champagne) and 86% of the energy required to manufacture the capsules (200°C instead of 1400°C), Y wire-cap represents hundreds of tons of carbon saved, the disappearance of stamped metal sheets and the simplification of manufacturing machinery.

Lighter, at the same level of production, this wire-cap is 15 to 30% cheaper to produce!

This is Y wire-cap, created by a champagne producer. Several patents, internationally extended, protect this invention.
